Carina joined the firm as the Human Resources Manager. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and a minor in Business Administration.

Carina brings more than eight years of experience in office administration and executive support and is passionate about serving others and fostering a positive workplace culture.

An East Texas native who grew up in Tyler, Carina enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Mario, and her family. She is an active member of The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and enjoys volunteering in her community. Her hobbies include running, Pilates, and exploring new places. Carina and Mario are excited to be married in the spring of 2026.
